📖 About RED VELVET
Red Velvet is a South Korean girl group under SM Entertainment. The group debuted on August 1, 2014 with the single “Happiness” and has five members: Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy and Yeri. Yeri joined in 2015, and the line-up has stayed the same since.
Their music moves between a bright “red” side and a smoother “velvet” side, with songs such as “Red Flavor”, “Bad Boy”, “Psycho” and “Feel My Rhythm”. Recent releases include the studio album Chill Kill (2023), the EP Cosmic (2024) and the EP Velvet Summer, released on August 3, 2026 with the lead single “Surfin' Boy”. Fans are called ReVeluv, and the official fanlight is nicknamed Kim Manbong.
