If your package was returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not picked up, we will refund the products once the package has been returned to our office.

Please note that we cannot refund the shipping fees, as we are not responsible for the failed delivery.

If you would like your package to be resent, we can ship it again once the shipping fees have been paid, or free of charge if the mistake was on our side.
