1. Cleanse and Dry
Start by thoroughly washing your face with your favorite cleanser. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.

2. Open and Apply
Take the mask out of the package and carefully unfold it. Place it evenly over your face, making sure it fits snugly around the eyes, nose, and mouth areas.

3. Relax and Let It Work
Leave the mask on for 10 to 20 minutes. This gives the retinol and nourishing ingredients time to absorb into your skin.

4. Remove and Massage
Gently peel off the mask. Massage any remaining essence into your skin using upward, circular motions. There’s no need to rinse.

5. Continue Your Routine
Follow up with your usual moisturizer or night cream to lock in the benefits.
