1. Start with a clean face. Gently cleanse and pat dry before applying the sun cream.
2. Take an appropriate amount of the cream (about a pea-sized amount is enough for the face).
3. Dot the cream evenly on your cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin.
4. Using gentle upward strokes, spread the cream evenly across your entire face. Don’t forget your ears and neck!
5. Apply at least 15-20 minutes before heading outdoors to allow the sun cream to absorb fully.
6. For best protection, reapply every 2-3 hours, especially after swimming or sweating.
7. Use daily, even on cloudy days, for healthy, calm, and protected skin.
8. If irritation or redness occurs, stop using and consult a dermatologist.
9. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
