The Artist Edge Eye Pencil is a Korean eye pencil with a creamy, precise lead. It draws an even line along the lash line, fills the gaps between lashes and sets to resist smudging through the day. You can also blend it quickly before it sets for a smoky effect. All Black gives intense definition, Soul Brown a softer, more natural look. Draw from the inner corner outward, staying as close to the lashes as possible, then extend the line slightly if you want to elongate the eye.
