How to Use Your FORENCOS Starlight Liquid Glitter

1. Prepare Your Eyelids
Start with clean, dry eyelids. For long-lasting results, apply your favorite eye primer or a thin layer of concealer and let it set.

2. Shake Before Use
Gently shake the Starlight Liquid Glitter tube to ensure the glitter is evenly mixed.

3. Apply the Glitter
Unscrew the cap and use the applicator to place a small amount of liquid glitter onto your eyelid. For a subtle effect, dab just a bit onto the center of your lid; for a bolder look, sweep it across your entire eyelid.

4. Blend and Build
