How to Use ROMAND Zero Velvet Tint (#02 to #17)

1. Prep Your Lips
Begin with clean, dry lips. For best results, gently exfoliate and apply a light layer of lip balm, then blot off any excess.

2. Apply the Tint
Open the cap and use the applicator to swipe the tint onto the center of your lips. Start with a small amount—a little goes a long way!

3. Blend for Your Desired Look
For a natural gradient effect, gently tap the color outward with your fingertip or a cotton swab. For a bolder look, carefully fill in the entire lip area.

4. Layer if You Like
You can easily build up the color by adding a second layer after the first has dried.

5. Enjoy the Velvet Finish!
Let the tint set for a few moments to reveal its signature soft-matte, velvety finish.
