How to Use ROMAND Glasting Water Tint (#02 to #17)

1. Start with clean, dry lips for the best results.
2. Gently twist open the cap and use the applicator to pick up a small amount of tint.
3. Apply the tint to the center of your upper and lower lips.
4. Lightly press your lips together to spread the color evenly.
5. For a softer look, blend the edges with your fingertip or a cotton swab.
