How to Use RIRE Luxe Liquid Eyeliner

1. Shake Well
Before use, gently shake the eyeliner to ensure an even, smooth application.

2. Prep Your Eyelids
For best results, start with clean, dry eyelids. You may apply eyeshadow or primer if desired.

3. Draw Your Line
Open the pen and carefully glide the tip along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and working outward. For a finer line, use the tip; for a bolder look, use the side of the brush.

4. Build & Perfect
Need a more dramatic effect? Layer and build as needed. Allow each layer to dry before reapplying.

5. Wing It Out
To create a wing, extend the line slightly past outer corner of your eye, angling upward. Connect the wing to your lash line for a seamless look.

6. Let It Dry
Wait a few seconds to let your eyeliner set and prevent smudging.

7. Remove Gently
At the end of the day, use your favorite makeup remover to take off the eyeliner with ease.
