Welcome to your ITZY Official Light Ring ver 2! Our team is excited to help you enjoy every moment with your new device. Please follow these steps for the best experience:
1. Unboxing
Open the package carefully. Inside, you will find your Light Ring, a user guide, a USB charging cable, and a warranty card.
2. Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Light Ring using the provided USB cable. Connect it to a USB power source. The indicator light will turn red while charging and switch to green when fully charged.
3. Power On/Off
To power on, press and hold the main button on the Light Ring until you see the LED lights turn on. To power off, press and hold the button again until the lights go off.
4. Light Modes
Press the button once to cycle through different light modes (such as static, pulsing, or color change). Each press will bring you to the next mode. There are multiple colors and effects to experience – try them all!
5. Brightness Adjustment
To adjust brightness, press and hold down the button in any mode. Release the button when you reach your desired brightness level.
6. Pairing with Bluetooth
If your Light Ring supports Bluetooth connection, activate Bluetooth mode by double-clicking the button. Follow the instructions in your mobile app to pair and control additional light features.
7. Wrist Strap Installation (if included)
Loop the provided wrist strap through the designated opening on the Light Ring for easy carrying and security during concerts.
8. Care and Maintenance
Keep your Light Ring dry and avoid use in extreme temperatures. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or water.
9. Troubleshooting
If the Light Ring does not turn on, ensure it is fully charged. If issues continue, refer to the warranty card or contact our support team for assistance.
