5. Relax for 30 minutes. Sit back, read a book, or watch your favorite show while the socks work their magic.

6. After 30 minutes, remove the socks and discard them. Wash your feet gently with lukewarm water to remove any remaining essence.

7. Over the next 4-6 days, dead skin will begin to peel off naturally. Do not forcibly remove the skin—let it peel on its own for the softest results.
