MQNY Waterproof Pen Eyeliner

This Korean eyeliner from MQNY uses a soft, ultra fine felt tip to draw clean, even lines in one smooth stroke. The ink glides on without skipping, sets quickly and stays put all day, even through humidity and oily lids. Start at the inner corner, trace close to the lash line, then flick slightly outward to lengthen the eye. It comes off easily with warm water. Choose from three shades: Deep Black, Brown Black and Deep Brown.
