How to Use LILYBYRED Glassy Layer Fixing Tint

1. Prep Your Lips
Start with clean, dry lips. For best results, gently exfoliate and apply a light layer of lip balm, then blot off any excess.

2. Apply the Tint
Use the applicator to swipe a thin layer of the Glassy Layer Fixing Tint across your bottom and top lip. Start from the center and work outward for even coverage.

3. Let It Set
Allow the tint to set for about 30 seconds. Avoid rubbing your lips together while it dries, so you get that gorgeous, smooth glassy effect.

4. Layer for More Shine
Want more color or shine? Just add another layer once the first is dry. The formula won’t feel heavy or sticky, promise!

5. Touch Up as Needed

6. Removal
