1. Prepare Your Lips
Start with clean, dry lips. For the smoothest result, gently exfoliate and apply a light layer of lip balm. Let the balm absorb for a minute, then blot away any excess.

2. Apply the Tint
Open your Fixing Tint Velvet and use the applicator to swipe a thin, even layer onto your lips. Begin at the center and work outwards, following your natural lip shape.

3. Blend for Perfection
For a seamless finish, lightly tap your lips together or use your fingertip to blend the edges. For a bolder look, apply a second layer once the first one sets.

4. Let It Set
Wait 60 seconds to allow the tint to fix and reveal its beautiful velvet-matte finish. Try not to touch or press your lips together during this time—this ensures lasting color.
