1. Open the Cap
Gently remove the lid from your sun stick.

2. Twist Up the Balm
Turn the bottom of the stick to reveal a small amount of product—just enough to cover your skin without excess.

3. Apply to Clean, Dry Skin
Glide the balm evenly across your face and any exposed areas such as neck, ears, arms, or legs. Be sure to get often-missed spots like the sides of your nose and around your hairline.

4. Blend as Needed
If you notice excess product, gently pat with your fingers for a seamless finish.

5. Reapply as Needed
For best protection, reapply every two hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

6. After Use
Twist back down, replace the cap securely, and store in a cool, dry place.
