How to Use RIRE Real Tattoo Pen Eyeliner

1. Shake Well
Gently shake the pen before use to ensure an even, smooth application.

2. Prep Your Eyes
Make sure your eyelids are clean and oil-free for the best results.

3. Start with a Steady Hand
Rest your elbow on a flat surface for better control.

4. Draw Your Line
Using the fine tip, draw along your upper lash line. For a thinner line, use light pressure; for a bolder look, add more pressure or layer the product.

5. Wing It (Optional)
For a winged effect, gently flick the tip outwards at the outer corner of your eye.

6. Allow to Dry
Let the liner set for a few seconds to prevent smudging.

7. Easy Touch-Ups
If you need to correct a mistake, use a cotton swab with a little makeup remover. Once dried, the line will stay put all day!
