2. Open one sheet mask pouch and gently unfold the mask.
3. Carefully place the mask onto your face, aligning it with your eyes, nose, and mouth.
4. Smooth the mask over your skin to ensure it makes full contact.
5. Relax and leave the mask on for 10–20 minutes to allow your skin to absorb the active ingredients.
6. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin until fully absorbed.
7. Follow up with your usual moisturizer if desired.
