How to Use:

1. Prep Your Lips
Make sure your lips are clean and dry for best results.

2. Apply Evenly
Use the applicator to glide a thin, even layer of the Top Coating Lip Plumper directly onto your lips. Start at the center and work outwards.

3. Layer as Desired
Use alone for a natural glossy look, or layer over your favorite lipstick for extra shine and plumping effect.

4. Allow to Set
Let the formula settle for a few seconds. A slight tingling sensation is normal—it means the plumping effect is working!

5. Reapply as Needed
Reapply throughout the day whenever you want a boost of volume and shine.
