How to Use CLIO Moon Glass Liquid Glitter

1. Prepare Your Eyes
Start with clean, dry eyelids. Apply your favorite eyeshadow primer or a base shadow to help the glitter last longer.

2. Apply the Glitter
Using the applicator, gently dab a small amount of CLIO Moon Glass Liquid Glitter onto your eyelid or the desired area. You can use it alone or layer it over your favorite eyeshadow look.
