How to Use PERIPERA Ink The Airy Velvet (#26 to #30)

1. Start with Clean Lips
For best results, gently exfoliate and moisturize your lips before applying.

2. Apply a Thin Layer

3. Blend with Fingertips

4. Mix and Match Shades
