ROMAND Twinkle Pen Liner - How to Use

1. Before Use:
Shake the pen gently with the cap closed for even ink flow.

2. Open the Cap:
Remove the cap and check the brush tip. If needed, wipe off any excess product on a tissue.

3. Application:
For best results, glide the tip along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outward.
For a finer line, use the tip gently. For a bolder look, apply more pressure or go over the line twice.

4. Adjust & Enhance:
Enhance your look by winging out the liner or layering for a sparkling effect.

5. After Use:
Always recap the pen tightly to prevent drying out. Store horizontally for consistent ink flow.

6. Removal:
At the end of the day, gently cleanse the liner with your favorite eye makeup remover.
