How to Use MILK TOUCH All Day Fixing Mascara Base

1. Start with clean, dry lashes for the best results.
2. Gently curl your lashes with an eyelash curler if desired.
3. Open the MILK TOUCH All Day Fixing Mascara Base and wipe off any excess product from the wand.
4. Apply the mascara base evenly from the root to the tip of your lashes using a gentle zig-zag motion.
5. Allow the base to dry for a few seconds, but don’t wait too long—move on to your favorite mascara while the base is still slightly tacky.
6. Apply your regular mascara over the base for longer, fuller, and more defined lashes that last all day.
7. To remove, use your favorite eye makeup remover.
