Choose the correct size gel strip for each nail. If you’re in between sizes, go with the smaller strip for a natural fit.

3. **Apply the Strip**
Peel off the gel strip from the sheet and place it close to—but not touching—your cuticle. Smooth down the strip from the center outwards to eliminate bubbles.

4. **Trim and Shape**
Fold the excess strip over the edge of your nail and use a nail file to gently file it off in a downward motion.
