How to Use

1. Start with clean, dry nails. Remove any old polish and wash hands thoroughly.

2. Select the right size for each nail from the GLOW Forest set. If needed, gently file the strip to fit your nail shape.

3. Peel off the nail strip carefully from the backing.

4. Place the strip on your nail, starting at the cuticle and smoothing it outward. Press firmly to remove any air bubbles.

5. Fold the excess strip over the nail tip and gently file downward to remove the extra.

6. Repeat for all nails.

7. Avoid water and lotions for at least an hour for best adhesion.

8. When you’re ready to remove, gently peel off the strips from the nail edge.
