How to Use RIRE Luxe Long&Curl Mascara

4. Apply a second coat for extra length and volume, focusing on the outer lashes for a more dramatic effect.
5. Use the tip of the brush to reach shorter lashes in the inner corners.
6. Allow the mascara to dry before applying other makeup or blinking too much.
