How to Use RIRE Cotton Lip Powder

1. Prep Your Lips
Gently exfoliate your lips and apply a light layer of lip balm for a smooth base.

2. Open and Tap
Open the RIRE Cotton Lip Powder applicator. Tap off any excess powder before applying to prevent fallout.

3. Apply Evenly
Starting at the center of your lips, dab the powder and blend outward. You can use your fingertip or the applicator for a soft, natural finish.

4. Build the Color
Layer the powder to achieve your desired intensity. For a gradient look, concentrate more color in the center and blend outwards.

5. Finish and Enjoy
Let the powder set for a few seconds. Enjoy the lightweight, matte finish and comfortable wear!

Tip: You can mix shades or use it as a blush for a coordinated look.
