1. Start by shaking the bottle gently before use.
2. After your morning skincare routine, squeeze a suitable amount (about the size of a pea) onto your fingertips.
3. Apply evenly to your face and neck, gently patting until fully absorbed.
4. For best protection, apply at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
5. Reapply every 2-3 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
6. If using under makeup, wait a few minutes for the sunscreen to set before applying foundation.
7. Remember to cleanse thoroughly at the end of the day.
