1. Start with clean, dry eyelids. For best results, you can first apply an eyeshadow base or primer.
2. Gently shake the liner and remove the cap.
3. For a precise line, rest your elbow on a flat surface and use your other hand to gently pull your eyelid taut.
4. Draw a line as close to your lash line as possible. For a natural look, use small, light strokes starting from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
5. For a more dramatic effect, repeat to build up the thickness or create a wing at the outer edge.
6. Allow the liner to dry for a few seconds to set the waterproof formula.
7. When finished, securely close the cap to prevent drying out.
8. To remove, use a waterproof eye makeup remover and gently wipe clean.
